Experienced Bartender — Part-Time / Full-Time / Casual

We are looking for an experienced Bartender who is confident working in a busy dining environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Able to prepare drink orders, wines, cocktails, mocktails, while maintaining a clean work space, cleaning glasses and serving guests sitting up in front of them at the bar. Max 9 seats.

The role will include:

• Looking after your allocated section throughout service
• Taking food and drink orders and providing knowledgeable, friendly service
• Explaining menu items and wines to guests
• Clearly explaining dishes to guests when delivering food
• Resetting and clearing tables throughout service
• Helping with dining room setup before service
• Assisting with daily cleaning and closing duties
• Multitasking effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Working as part of a small, professional hospitality team

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of food and a good understanding of wine is a bonus
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• High attention to detail and presentation
• Reliable, punctual and well organised
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and working as part of a small team

Availability:

• Approximately 10-20 hours per week
• Evening shifts 4pm/5pm start
• Friday and Saturday night availability is essential
• Must be available to work evenings
• Venue is closed Sunday and Monday

Casual Weekend Runner / Section Assistant

We are also looking for a casual weekend runner / section assistant to support the team during busy services.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is energetic, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties will include:

• Running food and drinks to tables
• Assisting section waiters during busy service
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Cleaning and maintaining the dining room
• Taking drink orders when required
• Assisting with general service duties
• Helping the team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.

Friday and Saturday availability is essential.
