JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is preferred. Willing to learn fine dining procedures is a must.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

  • Operate the Cake POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including adhering to proper food handling and safety practices.
  • Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets and catering events.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
  • Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, including specialty cocktails, wines, and food pairings.
