Slows Bar BQ is seeking Experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic team! Our bartenders play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests through craft cocktails, local beers, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for mixology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks Maintain a clean and organized bar area Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing Monitor and manage inventory and supplies Adhere to all safety and health regulations Assist in training new bar staff as needed A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage trends, and local craft beers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure TIPS / Service Safe certification required Must be 21 years of age or older Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement.
