OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire an experienced, Bilingual Dental Receptionist-English and French Fluency mandatory. Experience in the dental field is also mandatory.
The hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
We are looking for someone experienced in providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental office environment.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office is required
  • Familiarity with dental terminology is essential for effective communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and team members alike.
  • Bilingual-French and English is required

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow using TRACKER dental software.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and addressing inquiries by phone, text and email.
  • Maintain patient records accurately
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting necessary information and payments
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries as needed.
  • Manage dental terminology effectively to communicate with both patients and dental staff.
  • Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
