JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with proficiency in various accounting software. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in an accounting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting, account analysis, and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is essential.
  • Excellent bookkeeping skills with attention to detail for accurate financial management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.   • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial analysis to support organizational goals.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Maintain organized financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
