Here at Clancy’swe are looking for a skilled and motivated breakfast chef to join our kitchen team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and organization. You will work closely with other chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and help train junior staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.
• Good knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
• Legally allowed to work full-time in Ireland.

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Assist the Senior Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
• Ensure all food items are prepared to the correct recipe and standard.
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth service.
