QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on cooking experience.
• Strong egg station experience in a busy, fast-paced brunch service.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable, well-organized, and clean.
• Takes pride in their craft.

• Set up and maintain a workstation.
• Provide direction and organize workload for line cooks.
• Understand priorities and multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Prepare, season, and cook food as directed; follow recipes and presentation standards. Quality and consistency are key.
• Perform inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times, including workstation and scheduled kitchen deep cleans.
