The Essentials Pay: ranges from $21.50-$25+/hr (Based on experience) Hours: Regular hours Mon-Fri, daytime hours; rotating on-call schedule Stability: Full-time, no winter layoffs, 401(k) + Match, and full Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision). The Work You’ll handle the "Big Four" of property maintenance: Plumbing & Electrical: Fixtures, leaks, switches, and lighting. Carpentry: Drywall, paint, and general repairs. HVAC: Basic troubleshooting (No certs required). Tech: Using a mobile device to manage your day. What You Need 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or construction. Reliability: Valid DL, insured vehicle, and a clean background/drug screen. Availability: Willingness to join a shared on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Technicians will handle the core aspects of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical fixtures, leaks, switches, and lighting. They will also be responsible for carpentry tasks such as drywall, painting, and general repairs, alongside basic HVAC troubleshooting.
