ABOUT US:

CP MEATS is a leading meat processing facility specializing in fresh BBQ meats, smoked meats (hot & cold), and frozen meat products, primarily pork. We are expanding our team and are now looking for skilled and passionate butchers to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meat pastes and mixtures according to company recipes and standards
- Operate and learn to use specialized machinery for meat preparation and product processing
- Cut, trim, debone, and portion meats to meet production needs
- Maintain quality control by ensuring products meet company specifications
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in butchery or meat processing
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and equipment
- Willingness to learn and operate new machinery
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and repetitive tasks

Training & Development:
You will undergo a structured 3-month training period where you will learn to prepare pastes, use our specialized machinery, and develop advanced butchery techniques. Upon successful completion, your salary will be reviewed and increased based on performance.
