Pickle & Lou Cafe Wattle Grove is currently looking for an Experienced Cafe Cook for day shifts only. The Cafe is open for Breakfast and Lunch 7 days a week. 2 in the kitchen Monday to Friday and 3 in the kitchen weekends. The job is very flexible and owners are all about work - life balance.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CAFE CHEF / COOK

• Min 2 Years Experience in a Cafe / Restaurant
• Have your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to start at 6am on some days
• Be able to work Weekends
• Be reliable and work well in a team
• Develop and update menu items, ensuring a balance of traditional and modern dishes
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and
• presentation
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and work within budget constraints
• Handle customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve dining
• experience
