Experienced Canvasser – Special Project Location and Timeline: Short term specialized blitz campaign around the Cincinnati, OH area. We are recruiting individuals with a unique skill set to help us conduct a test on a new form of voter contact. These Hourly Specialists will work closely with the program lead to observe, record and translate data and observations into reports. This role will require extensive time in the field as well as an ability to be adaptable to changing campaign needs. Qualifications: Must have Previous canvassing experience Extreme attention to detail and a proven ability to instill that quality in others Eagerness to improve and provide feedback Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills Track record of equity and inclusion Strong passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagement Strong technical adaptability with experience using Google workspace and learning systems quickly Nice-to-have Experience with conducting formal academic studies Technical writing experience Salary and Benefits: This is an hourly position at $22 per hour. We offer a generous benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave, health insurance, and hands-on training.
