Responsibilities

THE ROLE

From the first enquiry to handing over the keys, you’ll guide customers through their car buying journey—matching them to the perfect vehicle, managing every step of the process, and delivering outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up on warm leads, advise on models, specs, and pricing, and manage delivery timelines.
  • Handle finance applications, part exchanges, and ensure compliance at every stage.
  • Negotiate, close sales, and meet monthly targets while keeping customer care front and centre.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer order packs.
  • Liaise with manufacturers, finance partners, and internal teams to keep customers informed.
  • Adhere to FCA guidelines and company compliance standards.
