JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible carpenter Foreman to join our Team the main responsibility includes.

• Supervise and manage carpentry teams (carpenters, helpers, and laborers).
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Assign tasks and monitor daily activities of carpentry staff.
• Ensure high-quality finishing for wooden works such as doors, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and flooring.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations on-site.
• Train and guide junior carpenters when needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter Foreman on major high-rise concrete construction
• Minimum 5+ years in a foreman role.
• Good Communication and organizational Skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED10.00 per mont
