LOCATION: SEELEY’S BAY, ON

Position: Experienced Carpenter/Framer
Hours: Full Time
Pay: $25-35 per hour, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for performance-based increases and long-term growth
We are seeking an experienced carpenter/framer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will take on a variety of responsibilities related to framing, finishing, and general carpentry. Experience with drywall installation, flooring, and tile laying will be considered strong assets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Perform residential and commercial framing work, including walls, floors, and roofing structures
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
· Install, repair, and finish wood structures with precision and attention to detail
· Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards
· Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely
· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site
· Assist with related construction tasks including drywalling, flooring, and tile work as required

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience as a carpenter/framer (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
· Strong knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and carpentry techniques
· Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
· Experience with drywall installation, flooring, or tile laying considered an asset
· Comfortable working with hand and power tools
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
