POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to work on our residential construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for executing various carpentry tasks to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on residential construction and renovations.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Perform carpentry tasks on residential renovation and construction projects, including framing, finishing, and custom work.
• Interpret and execute architectural plans and blueprints with precision.
• Ensure all work meets our premium quality standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
• Assist with maintaining job site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Manage material selection and inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and used efficiently.
• Address and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process.
