• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Perform carpentry tasks on residential renovation and construction projects, including framing, finishing, and custom work.
• Interpret and execute architectural plans and blueprints with precision.
