Senior Cellar Hand  Winery Operations (Permanent) Matua Wines | Marlborough (Rapaura) Matua – TWE is about building the best team in town. We’re hiring 4 Senior Cellar Hands to join our winery operations team. This is a hands-on, shift-based role. You run operations, take ownership, and step up to lead during harvest. What the role looks like You will work across all cellar operations and take ownership of your shift. * Run wine transfers, additions, filtration and tank operations * Operate cellar equipment independently (presses, pumps, filters) * Maintain hygiene, food safety and quality standards * Lead or support teams during vintage and peak periods * Coach junior team members and help lift performance * Keep accurate records and meet production targets   During harvest: * 12-hour shifts * Day, afternoon, and night work required * Lead teams and own outcomes on shift   What we are looking for This is a senior role. You must be able to operate independently and step into leadership when required.
