EXPERIENCED CHEF – NIGHT SHIFT (SUNDAY TO THURSDAY, 10PM–6AM)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our high-performing meal production team at our facility in Clayton South. This is a night shift position, working Sunday to Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:00am.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality, ready-made meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll be working with a tight-knit crew that values consistency, efficiency, and food safety.

• Prepare, cook and portion meals according to production schedules and recipes
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and standards throughout shift
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP knowledge essential)
• Assist with kitchen organisation, stock rotation, and equipment cleaning
• Collaborate with production assistants and supervisors to meet nightly targets
