JOB SUMMARY

Experienced chef of Sous level or above required. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar, high paced environment The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, along with excellent leadership skills to manage and inspire a team. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a culinary role with significant kitchen experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food production.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
