  • Oversee food production processes, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure the kitchen is organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and best practices.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
