About the Role Children’s social care plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being of children within our community. As a Social Worker in the fieldwork service, you’ll be responsible for providing intervention and support to children and their families where they are receiving help through a Child in Need, Child Protection or Child in Care plan, with a focus on enabling families to navigate through challenges and supporting children to grow up in a nurturing environment where their needs are met. About You The ideal candidate will have: Professional Social Work Qualification Registered with Social Work England Direct experience working with children in a childcare setting Possession of full driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel both inside and outside the council area as required.
