Experienced CNC Nesting Machine Programmer & Operator

at  Woodcraft Kitchen Cabinets

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up nests for CNC millwork machines to cut parts to customer requirements
• Produce a finished product on time and of the highest quality and consistency within tolerances and specifications as established by the customer
• Responsible for importing parts, reading/interpreting drawings, nesting parts in order to maximize material usage while minimizing scrap
• Ability to consistently produce quality parts per customer drawings while adhering to Production Schedule
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Completion of High School/High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years working in a millwork cabinet fabrication setting
• Operational Nesting CNC Routers (Omnitech Pal preferable)
• Attention to detail, organized, able to work with demanding deadlines
• Working knowledge of Windows\Office Suite environments
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, and drawings.
• Practice safe work procedures and follow all health & safety regulations
