JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with a focus on team management and food safety. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and techniques for preparing various beverages.
