We’re Geelong’s most playful venue, blending neon-lit mini golf with a full cocktail bar — and we’re looking for high-performance bartenders who can keep up with the chaos, keep the bar clean under pressure, and run service like clockwork.
This role is for experienced operators only — people who can step behind the bar and immediately take control of service, speed, and customer experience. If you know how to work a crowd and stay calm under pressure, we want to meet you.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min 2 years’ cocktail bar experience (essential)
• Fast-paced bar background — pubs and clubs welcome, but must know cocktails
• RSA required
• Calm, clean, and confident under pressure
• Night + weekend availability is essential

• Prepare & serve cocktails to high volume standards (speed + consistency)
• Manage bar stock, cleanliness, and closing duties
• Run POS efficiently and track orders with accuracy
• Uphold RSA standards with confidence
• Maintain crowd control, even on peak nights
• Jump into team support where needed — no passengers
