We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team and help lead our growing portfolio of projects.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction projects in Miami Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management. As a key leader on the job site, you will manage daily operations, ensure project milestones are met, and guarantee that work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in residential projects.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations in Miami Beach, FL.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Certification (or equivalent), First Aid/CPR, and other relevant certifications.
• Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Technology: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on job sites, walk/stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Some Saturday’s included in schedule.

• Project Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities across multiple job sites. Manage and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, in compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track. Ensure that timelines, deadlines, and milestones are met.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise on the job site, including delays, quality concerns, and workforce issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, time sheets, and change orders.
