You will be part of the team supporting our Customer Engagement Manager in providing exemplary customer service to all clients, handling enquiries for existing customers across Australia and New Zealand, providing basic technical support for students in online lessons and providing administrative support to maintain and manage student records and financial accounts.
This role also involves some general office management such as; accepting deliveries, restocking stationary/paper, escalating building issues etc.
