THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyor Vulcanizer/Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in vulcanizing or mechanical fitting. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to enhance their career and take on new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Most days, you’ll be mobile, traveling in a company van to client sites to carry out work. On other days, you’ll be based at our depot, assisting with workshop tasks and preparing for upcoming projects. Additionally, there are exciting opportunities to work abroad on international assignments and earn overtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform vulcanizing and splicing of conveyor belts to a high standard.
• Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site and in workshops.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition.
• Travel to client sites as required (may include occasional overnight stays).
• Willingness to train new staff to a good standard.
