Vernon Catering & Hospitality Group is looking for EXPERIENCED PREP/LINE COOKS.
Our group has four big, busy, and beautiful restaurant locations committed to excellent hospitality. We are situated in the city’s busiest neighborhoods, workplace hubs, and tourist destinations.
We are looking for someone who can produce top quality foods, execute consistency, ensure organization & cleanliness with food costing & time management experience. Food Costing & Time Management

SUMMARY
As an Experienced Cook, you will be essential in delivering high-quality meals while ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in cooking and time management will enable you to prepare and serve dishes promptly. Your premium experience in the food industry and restaurant settings will enhance our culinary offerings. Additionally, your relevant skills in food preparation, food safety, and customer service will contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. Join us in creating memorable meals in a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and customer preferences.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed in food handling and preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely meal delivery during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high-quality food service.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies as needed.
