POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chefs to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, strong culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (Food Handler’s certification required)
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency with kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow recipes and plating specifications consistently
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
