Job Description We are seeking Experienced Cooks to join our culinary team in Montréal, Canada. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to menu development. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely service Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations Assist in menu planning and recipe development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and cleanliness Manage food inventory and minimize waste Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Adapt to fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in a restaurant or similar setting Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation Proficiency in operating various kitchen equipment and tools Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Team player with strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking styles Understanding of dietary restrictions and food allergens Culinary degree or diploma preferred Current Food Safety Certification required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Bilingual in English and French preferred, given the job location in Montréal Additional Information WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
