Job Details Job Location: Waldo, OH 43356 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Days ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS · Communicate with Agronomist or location manager concerning daily activities · Apply dry and liquid fertilizer, nutrients and lime to customer's fields · Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds · Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products · Understand and follow all safety guidelines · Maintain & record maintenance of all equipment · Record daily application logs · Assist with measure and counting of inventory of dry and liquid fertilizers, NH3, lime, and chemicals · Operate all equipment & vehicles according to COFC policy and procedure along with all local, state, and federal laws · Provide courteous customer service · Assist in loading railcars and cleaning grain bins · All other duties as assigned Pay is dependent on the amount of experience and licenses Qualifications EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 years of custom application MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures using basic math skills REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Commercial pesticide applicators license with 2A and 2C endorsements or able to obtain one within a specific timeframe. Must have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE & WORK WELL ALONE OR IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record. This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in COFC’s motor vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position. No DUI's or OVI's in the past five years Class A or B CDL preferred
