Travel Solutions is Northern Irelands leading tour operator, offering a wide range of travel and holiday product.
Our Customer Care Team are some of the best in the industry , winning awards for the high level of service they offer to our customers – public and agents. We want to ensure we maintain the high levels our customers have come to expect from us and welcome applications from experienced travel professional who would like to join us and strengthen our team.
We are looking for people who are able to work under pressure and offer great service. A knowledge of our product range is preferable, but training will be offered if you have the right attitude and ready to learn. Knowledge of Amadeus would be great.
Book flights and accommodation, package tours and travel arrangements and transfers
Provide all relevant information, brochures and internet links for customers
Advise customers on all visa requirements and any country specific requirements
Liaise with customers and agents if any changes occur, finding solutions should any problem occur with a booking
Confidently communicating with agents and customers, through a wide range of channels including social media, telephone enquiries and email
Offering excellent customer service
