Job Description We are seeking an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international automotive market. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with extensive expertise in Service, Delivery, Partner management, or as a technical Product Owner. This role involves managing service quality, optimizing portfolios, and collaborating with top management to drive success. FOCUS AREA: - Mainframe Key Responsibilities: Manage service delivery using ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, change management) Build and maintain strong client relationships Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects Drive continuous improvement and cost management Ensure end-to-end delivery and service quality for customers. Collaborate with portfolio owners for optimized service delivery. Implement efficiency improvement measures and handle escalations. Monitor quality at the delivery unit level.
