Breaffy House Resort, welcomes applications for the appointment of Head Day Porter.

• Overseeing operations during the day shift to ensure guest satisfaction / safety and ensuring that Porters attend to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with other departments within the hotel
• Undertaking audits and checklists whilst remaining observant to all aspects of security and reporting any breaches..
• To deal with all arrivals and all departures in a friendly and efficient manner in line with Hotel Standards
• Assisting with rostering as required
• Function and meeting room setup and any other necessary porterage assistance required
• Routine cleaning of public areas and general maintenance duties, inspection of same
• Reporting of maintenance and safety issues as they arise
• To perform ad hoc duties as they arise.
• To arrive for work on time and dressed in full clean uniform.
• To assist accommodation when required.
• Answer bleep at all times.
• Assist all guests with luggage and personal belongings, greeting in friendly manner.
• To service guestrooms as and when required by the management team.
• To carry out room service duties as and when required
• Ensure that all company standards of performance are consistently adhered to.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€15.00 per hour
