Our team is passionate about patient care, and we are looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Experienced Dental Administrator to join us on a part-time basis. Please note: this position will be part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
Job Description: As our Dental Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a positive experience from the moment they step through our doors. You will play a key role in keeping our practice running smoothly by managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, and supporting our clinical team with administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in dental administration is a MUST
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in dental software (experience with ClearDent is a strong asset)
  • Previous dental office experience is an asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
