DENTAL ASSISTANT – BOUTIQUE COSMETIC & SURGICAL PRACTICE

We are a long-standing, boutique cosmetic and surgical dental practice with over 30 years of excellence in the Eastern Suburbs. We are proud to combine a warm, patient-focused environment with the latest in dental technology—including state-of-the-art intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM equipment, same-day CEREC crowns, and in-house 3D printing.
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/Nurse to join our vibrant team.

About the Role:

• Chairside assisting for a wide range of procedures including cosmetic, restorative, and surgical treatments.
• Preparing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms to the highest standard.
• Supporting advanced digital workflows including intraoral scanning and CAD/CAM processes.
• Delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring comfort throughout every visit.

About You:

• Essential: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/Nurse.
• Highly Regarded: Experience in cosmetic dentistry, surgical procedures, and CEREC/same-day crowns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, multi-task, and work seamlessly as part of a team.
• Professional, motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
