Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Experienced Dental / Orthodontic Practice Manager to join our practice, Dentalcare West Swindon & Dentalcare Marlborough. Both locations are a mixed NHS/Private & Orthodontic practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
  • Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
  • Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
  • Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
  • Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
  • Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
  • Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours
  • Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the ‘go to’ dental practice.
  • You will work 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
