JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front desk. This role requires proficiency in managing electronic medical records and familiarity with dental office procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; familiarity with Tracker is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with front desk operations, including dental insurance
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
