JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice based in East Dulwich. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. The role requires candidates to be honest, reliable, friendly and trustworthy, along with an excellent patient care skills, strong organisational skills and a passion for helping others.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a dental reception admin role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Dentally software and dental is an advantage.
  • A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
