We are seeking a EXPERIENCED reliable professional receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental clinic environment.
*A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office is mandatory.

SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• Experience with phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.
• Familiarity with dental coding and billing
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently for record management purposes.

• Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the dental team.
• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
• Manage patient records, ensuring all medical records are up-to-date and compliant with HIPAA standards.
• Assist with billing processes, including verifying insurance coverage and processing payments.
• Check and verify insurances
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
