We are currently looking for an Experienced Design Architect to join our Amsterdam office. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking skills, experience in setting up design concepts, and the ability to lead and manage design teams through the early stages of a project.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing design concepts, defining project visions, and ensuring strong architectural identity across multiple projects. You will lead early-stage design processes, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and guide a project team through creative and strategic decision-making.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Architecture

• 10+ years’ experience in architecture, with a focus on conceptual design and early-stage project development
• Strong conceptual and strategic design skills
• Experience leading design teams and managing project direction
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into innovative, buildable solutions
• Experience working in international, design-oriented environments
• Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing), Dutch is a plus
• Highly motivated, self-guided, and research-driven
• Willing to contribute to our collective knowledge culture
