Description Diagnose & repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on Class 5-8 trucks and heavy equipment Performance preventative maintenance & safety inspections Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software Maintain accurate repair records in Fleetio Mentor and guide junior technicians Requirements 5+ years of diesel technician experience Knowledge of engine, aftertreatment, electrical, braking, drivetrain, and hydraulic systems Welding/fabrication skills preferred Valid drivers license (CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain) Your own tools to get the job done right Why Rasmussen? Base Pay: $25-45+ an hour, depending on experience Up to $1000 Annual Tool Reimbursement Paid weekly on Fridays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO starts accruing day 1 + Paid Holidays Additional Requirements: All offers are contingent upon successful post-offer drug testing, background check, and motor vehicle record verification.
