Description The Rasmussen group is looking for an entry-level Diesel Technician to keep our heavy construction equipment and fleet in top shape. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, troubleshoot issues, and grow your skills, this is your chance - plus, enjoy a 4-day work week on 2nd shift for better work-life balance! Diagnose & repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on Class 5-8 trucks and heavy equipment Performance preventative maintenance & safety inspections Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software Maintain accurate repair records in Fleetio Mentor and guide junior technicians Requirements 5+ years of diesel technician experience Knowledge of engine, aftertreatment, electrical, braking, drivetrain, and hydraulic systems Welding/fabrication skills preferred Valid drivers license (CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain) Your own tools to get the job done right Why Rasmussen?
