REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant Cert III qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or equivalent
• Experience in disability services, including direct client support
• Supervisory experience in disability or health services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children’s Check
• Victorian Driver’s License
• Ability to work shifts including weekends
• Proficiency with care management and rostering systems

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• DSW: 1 year (Required)

Licence/Certification:

• NDIS Worker Check (Required)
• Cert III in Disability or Equivalent (Required)

• Assist with daily activities and personal care needs

• Support with meal planning, preparation, and dietary needs
• Administer medication according to established protocols
• Ensure comfort and dignity in all support provided
