Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Observing, documenting, and assessing children’s learning and development, adapting programs to meet individual needs
  • Mentoring and supporting educators, with the opportunity to assist or step into the Educational Leader role
  • Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Creating safe, clean, and stimulating learning environments that promote wellbeing, resilience, and creativity
  • Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS), relevant legislation, and centre policies
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our centre’s philosophy, practices, and procedures
  • Participating actively in team meetings and professional development to enhance your practice and leadership
