POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) P-8 Program is currently looking for a Product Data Management Specialist (Data Management - Engineering) to join the Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) located in Tukwila, WA. The Data Management Role involves regularly working and interacting with the program teams, various customers, and/or suppliers in support of engineering, business, and other data/deliverables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Experience in the use of the CSDT Tool and/or other similar tools for processing Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL) items or supplier data.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Demonstrated experience working/interfacing with various program teams, customers, and/or suppliers.
• Experience working and interfacing with suppliers tied to the submission of required SDRL data.

Responsibilities include, however are not limited to the following:

• Setup, processing, and review of Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL) related data in support of program teams and suppliers.
• Verification/support of completed data deliveries and follow on actions.
• Performing non-technical checks of engineering/other data to verify that the data meets requirements.
• Assisting in reconciling discrepancies by coordinating with affected organizations including suppliers and/or customers.
• Management of program data utilizing the Customer and Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT) Tool.
• Interpretation of contractual data requirements to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining delivery schedules for contractual/other program data.
