Responsibilities: Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates across various industries using your expert recruitment skills. Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients, providing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate negotiation, and offer finalization. Stay current with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to drive innovation. Regularly report progress, challenges, and insights to the management team. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably as a freelance recruiter.
