Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and attract high-quality candidates across diverse sectors using your expert recruitment skills. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, guiding them seamlessly through the recruitment journey. Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to negotiation and final offers. Stay informed on market trends and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve hiring efforts. Provide regular updates and insightful reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Demonstrated experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in a freelance capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and clients. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects with efficiency and creativity. Proficient with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing. Highly organized with strong attention to detail to handle various tasks simultaneously. Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
