Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate negotiation, and offer finalization. Keep up to date with recruitment industry trends and best practices to optimize sourcing strategies. Provide consistent updates and insights to management regarding recruitment progress and market dynamics. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, ideally in a freelance capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Adaptable and proactive approach to recruitment challenges and evolving candidate markets. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
