This remote freelance position offers you the opportunity to leverage your recruiting skills to connect exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities worldwide. Responsibilities: Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates proficient in English across multiple industries. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
