Responsibilities: Source, engage, and attract exceptional candidates by leveraging your recruiting expertise across multiple sectors. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting creation to offer negotiation and closure. Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously refine strategies. Provide timely updates and insightful reports on recruitment activities and outcomes. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a freelance capacity. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with candidates and clients. Self-driven with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently. Familiar with various recruitment platforms, tools, and social media channels for sourcing candidates.
